The firm is doing Civil Litigations, Notarial jobs including those in merchant shipping industry; Administers various requisite Oaths having staff who are Commissioners for Oaths; Conveyances for Immovable and Movable Properties (including security instruments); Corporate (including Company formation, Capital increase, Capital decrease, Due Diligence, Debentures, Liquidation, Receiver/Managers, and other corporate jobs); is helping clients with Tax affairs (sometimes by working with renown auditors in Zanzibar) and is offering Investment law consultation including setting up new projects according to Zanzibar laws, feasibility studies, applying for investment approval and licence and renewing them annually, and other related jobs requisite for setting up a project including following up on Government Land Lease). The firm also is doing litigation in this area of law.
