Mr. Salim H. B. Mnkonje.

He is the firm’s Proprietor. He graduated in 1993 and was enrolled in February year 1996 in Zanzibar. He started appearing before the Court of Appeal of Tanzania in year 1997. He is also enrolled in Mainland Tanzania. He is the firm’s Proprietor and supervises all corporate and commercial department heads. He focuses his practice in area of company formation and managements; Has drafted several constitutions, company memorandums and articles of associations; corporate takeover; and international clients in relation to the regulation of investment services; establishment of investment projects; sale of investments; drafting of commercial contracts, litigation and Arbitration of Commercial disputes; insurance, capital investments, business and intellectual property. He also deals with Banks security documentation. He is also responsible for examining pleadings and various other court documents and assigning jobs to associates and supervises them. He cliecks and verifies all research and legal opinions.
